Print the Bill of Lading form then fill in the date, your pickup location (shipper), and the carton count with pounds or estimate of pounds for the driver. Click here for the Bill of Lading form.
Then click here for the terminal locater and enter your pickup location zip code. Then call the terminal and schedule a pickup.
